So, every morning at 8am, we receive a call from Wells Fargo Dealer Services about our account; you know, the one we don't have! Every morning at 8am, I am awoken, get up, get on the phone, and explain to Wells Fargo Dealer Services that we don't have an account with them, never have, and never will, thanks to this mess.
I've been laughed at, insulted, and hung up on by these people, who insist I owe them money. They obviously have the wrong number and wrong person, but to them, that does not matter.
I want anyone considering using this company to stop and think: if they will harass someone without an account, imagine what they'll do if you actually have one. Stick with your local credit union, people; this company does not have their "stuff" together.
