Wells Fargo Home Morgage NEVER REFINANCE WITH THIS BANK WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY. They say they will "overnight" mail delivery for signature but it's a scam to get signature and not disclose the mortgage then becomes 18yrs. instead Des Moines, Iowa

In 2003 the interest rate went down to 4.75 so I refinanced the loan again with Wells Fargo.
The scam is the bank sent overnight mail for signature.
What was not told to me was that my mortgage would then be 18yr. instead if 15yrs.
I would never increase my debt three years nor pay a payment another three years.
Why would anyone do that without a benefit?
I charge this bank (Wells Fargo) with fraud and dishonesty.
