This is my story about Wells Fargo Home Mortgage;
My Mortgage was bough out from Wachovia, by Wells Fargo. I received an escrow statement in December 2010. Looking that over I saw that payments only ran though, to April 2010. I called them right away and asked them why this was. The person on the phone said to me; " That was the last time that you paid your payment." Well I told her that I have proof that all payments are up to date. She then told me what I needed to do, and I followed though with it all. I called them to make sure they received all the paper work that I sent in. They said they did and they will do their investigation. They said they would let me know as soon as it was completed. I received a letter in the mail stating, that they were correct and I owed them the seven months back payments. Of course this is not true. I asked them where are my monthly mortgage contracted payments going? They did not have an answer. They are a fraud and they need to have a lawsuit against them. They have defrauded so many people and nobody seems to want to help. People are losing their homes because of this and someone needs to put a stop to them NOW!!!
I also have tried to get a home modification, however they continue to say I need more paper work.
We all are homeowners and need help.
I think it is time to start a class action suite, or an attorney out there should jump at the chance to start a lawsuit. It looks like a shoe in with all the people they have defrauded.

Search missing payment

Get the lawyer (make sure you have all your payment proof) and have him search with Wells Fargo Martgage. If lawyer get no answer from them, have them taken to court. Make sure lawyer add damage cost (time and lawyer cost).

doing what their bosses (the bankers) are telling them to do. The Federal Reserve runs the most of U.S. government, in my opinion. It appears to me that the Federal Reserve is doing all it can to recoup its losses from the housing/mortgage mess. Make sure to 'Google' this- BIG BANKS RESUME FORECLOSURE PAPERWORK PBS, and watch that interview on the web. Then 'Google' this- ELIZABETH WARREN GRILLS GEITHNER, CRITICIZES TREASURY'S FORECLOSURE PLAN PBS, and watch that interview also.
Since the politicians obviously work for these bankers (Federal Reserve), they aren't going to help the American people who are in situations like yours, in my opinion. The bankers also control Wall Street and the Mainstream Media. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts for proof. 'Twentieth Century Fox Corporation' appears in 'Chart 4' and 'General Electric (NBC)' appears in 'Chart 5', right? (Also pay close attention to the fact that 'Wachovia Corporation' appears in 'Chart 3'.) Many of the other companies are connected to Wall Street, correct?
Now 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, and watch it on the web and make up your own mind about who really controls the U.S. government, okay?
