Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Ronea Crockett-Williams Lied about me being preapproved for a VA loan, to purchase a home and a call after selecting and bidding on a house, a phone call of denial, Internet

Approximately a month ago, transaction took place through broker, Tiffany Davis, who referred me to Wells Fargo Bank, to obtain a VA or FHA loan approval. Which after going into the bank with requested documents, told a VA loan would be my best route, being I can used my deceased husbands VA. After approximately three to four weeks of going into the bank, phone and emails, I received a packet of loan doc's for VA funding of $434,100.00 to purchase a home. On 8-4-12, went to look at a house that had everything I desired in a home, from front yard,door, family room ,door leading out to a beautiful back yard, with all appliance and furniture I would need for my home.

Met with broker Tiffany, friend of Loan Consult of Wells Fargo Bank, at an area near my residence , to sign doc's and gave her a check in the amount of $5,000.00, which in a VA loan there is nothing down, VA covers everything. Knowing there would be other offers, asked why not bid over the asking of $375,000, to obtain property? That was a red flag and told three other offers had come in, mind you, I was the first person to look at the house and first bid on property. Two days later on 8-6-12, a phone call from Wells Fargo and not Broker, Tiffany Davis, stating I was not approved.

I feel I was led on with lies for a month and house was sold to someone with a bid of $380,000 and house is now pending. I am still in an apartment, paying $1650.00, plus $256.00 for storage. This has caused great grief upon me and have been told that Wells Fargo was on NBC news of lawsuits of this nature. As of 8-12-12, no letter received of denial or a letter of apology from Wells Fargo or Broker, Tiffany Davis, who they are friends. This is unheard of by me and has caused great traumatic heart broken and stressful living. Why did I receive an preapproval letter, amount to purchase, select a home, bid not correctly handled, then a phone call of denial nothing in writing from bank.
