Wells Fargo Wells Fargo Financial financed my house for more than it's worth in '07, said it would be escrowed, didn't escrow, <0 equity, now being harrassed on 5 day grace for payment Des Moines, Iowa

I accepted a call from Wells Fargo in '07 regarding a refinance on my home for debt consolidation.  I wanted to refinance to a shorter loan period, so I accepted based on the fact that it would have escrow too.  I was told it would several times.  When I got the first statement it had a note that they did not escrow.  When they appraised the house, it appraised for a lot more than it was worth.  Four years later, I still have no equity in my home.  I wanted to refinance with another company, but can't get another loan due to equity and appraisal. Now they've started calling me on the morning of the 5th day of the grace period and I've never been more than 5 days late. As of today, 10/1/12, I have received 3 calls including one after I paid.
