Beware of Well's Fargo tactics to get you sign-up to their programs!

I had my auto loans and credit cards with well's fargo no offense but I guess this banks are scamming people to get into their so many programs that don't work, I been with my auto loans and I established my own direct debit for my auto laons, but lately I change it to another banks I waited for two to three months they did not accept my auto direct debit account and they did not send me the monthly payment paper statement bill, then they actually call me after all 17 days that I was too late of paying them, they charge you so much when you pay them over the phone, plus your credit score is affected because of you would think it was all paid and taking cares while not. When I did my direct debit account I am sure the bank I am with is in good standing, besides I been doing it all for so long. But now I just cannot trust them anymore to have direct account because its just not worthy, I am stuck with my auto loans and my credit cards plus they got me those insurance that don't really help but rip-off your monthly statements.
Every month they don't send me the paper statement and I will end up paying them over the phone or on the website plus additional charges

I wonder how else i can get out from these harassment from Well's Fargo!
