We received major flood damage due to heavy rains, where are roof, ceiling , floors, and walls was damaged. The insurance company was wonderful and within a week had come out and inspected the damage and sent us a check. Because the mortgage companys name was on the check we had to endorce the check and sent it in to Wells fargo loss department. It has now been six weeks and we have not seen a dime! We have called them over and over again and their answer is always the same yes you sent us all the paperwork we need but this has to be approved and or they will tell us you willl receive half the money witch is not even enough to buy the roofing shingles. We done everything we were told and in a very speedy manor. We are now fed up and with the damage being so bad willl probably loose our home because we cannot live in it with water pouring in, evenutally the ceilings are going to end up on the living room floor and with all the moisture I am scared it is not a safe enviroment for our two children to live. I pray for and feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with Wells fargo loss dept. They will take your money and you will never see a dime of it.
