I am getting my MASTER'S degree in an unrelated field right now, which I'm sure is something you cannot say. Obviously you are totally uneducated, and the TRUE bottom feeder for judging someone you don't even know. I have no particular loyalty to this company, it just angers me to see such misinformation about something I know a great deal about. Laurie, you are out of your mind obviously. Perhaps ex-employees are on here (EX...did you get that?) to correct your misunderstandings about the way this company does business, because all the things you THINK you know are merely ASSUMPTIONS, far from fact. You are truly paranoid and probably insane if you think a huge, busy, multi-million dollar company like that sends employees to "spy" on consumers on some website like this. If they gave the time of day to all websites that complained about them...they wouldn't BE a multi-million dollar company because they wouldn't get anything done! No one likes collection agencies so of COURSE there will be complaints about them, especially from bitter people who didn't pay their bills and got sued as a result.
