ACCURATE LEGAL INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND ONLINE FOR FREE

Several Federal and State LEGAL INFORMATION Sources with ACCURATE and current information regarding collection laws and consumer rights, are available online by simply googling F.C.R.A. (fair credit reporting act,) F.D.C.P.A. (fair debt collection practice act,) FTC ( Federal trade Commision) these all provide PDF downloads for free. FTC reports provide case laws and FTC opinion letters used in consumer issues. There are also Federal Court rules and proceedures accessable with a simple google search.
State Court sites can be found online to obtain State specific court proceedures and will direct you on what court forms to file and when. Michigan has excellant information for their court proceedures. State laws also include U.C.C. ( universal comercial codes). As an example google O.R.C. OHIO REVISED CODE which outlines current and revised State of Ohio laws and UCC codes. Similar law sites can be found for every state.
Consumer protection sites specifically designed to help people with credit card collection ABUSE can be found at WWW.CREDITINFOCENTER.COM, WWW.ALLEXPERTS.COM, WWW.ASKHELPDESK.COM, WWW.BUDDHIBBS.COM and others.
Robert Paisola is a great source of advise at allexperts.com. These sites will help people with responding to collection agency letters, what LEGAL RIGHTS people have when asking collection agencies for proof or validation of debts.
www.Askhelpdesk.com, www.allexperts.com, provides information on how to legally respond to court summons from a collection agency. They give actual examples on what to write as your answers and affirmative defenses. You can also find help with legal papers called Interrogatories-how to respond to Interrogatoris sent to you and, just as important, how to send Interrogatories to collection lawyers. Another useful tool is a DEBT COLLECTOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT.
Cornell University Law School online search is great for findlng US codes and laws concerning collection. WWW.LAW.CORNELL.EDU/
One book that is very useful and provides credit problem and collection advise and a disc to download legal forms is "GOOD CREDIT IS SEXY'. This book may have a stupid name but it is packed with useful LEGAL direction.
One INVALUABLE item I found on line was a paper written by an Illinois law group
titled "DEFENSE OF COLLECTION CASES" by Daniel A Edelman June 24 2007
Edelman, Combs Latturner & Goodwin LLC Although it is written using Illinois law
most of it can be used in any state and provides numerous case law citings.
Help and Hope is out there for people unable to afford an attorney -don't give up or give in. AND God Bless sites like this one who give their time defending against these CORRUPT collection agencies.

They will use every dirty trick in the book to screw you over a debt that is probably not owed at all. They are listed on www.budhibbs.com website as an agency to avoid. This is a NATIONALLY KNOWN CONSUMER ADVOCATE WEBSITE THAT SPECIALIZES IN BOTTOMFEEDERS like this one, and have a complete history of their abuses of debt collection laws and court filings.
from the budhibbs website:
Bottom feeder attorneys collecting for scavengers, filing lawsuits with pleadings and affidavits that fall into the wet ink' category of possibly being recently manufactured. WW&R work on a commission of what they collect and judgments they are able to obtain.
Consumers are urged to vigorously defend any suits being filed by challenging the validity of their documents. Many WW&R court filings result from defendants failing to show; (always the wrong move). Always respond to a suit, show up in court, and challenge everything.
Debt buyers typically file suits that may be out of statutes, have improper pleadings, contain manufactured affidavits, and have no trail of ownership.
Any of these facts may be useful in a defense, which is why is it wise for anyone dealing with a bottom feeder litigator to respond aggressively, on time and armed with information.
Lawyers who deal with assembly line type bottom feeder attorneys tell me that in general they are lazy, make a lot of mistakes, take procedures for granted and are not always prepared for someone who did their homework. Make them work, or make them lose their case--they can be beaten.
ITS FUNNY - that there is a sudden increase in complaints this morning about this "LAW FIRM" and I use that term loosely.
THEY EVEN HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES MONITORING ROR AND REBUTTING ALL COMPLAINTS with lies.
