I had ordered powdered Nembutal from Wecoochem a few weeks ago. I was asked to pay the exorbitant fee of USD600 for the product upfront using Western Union. In fact, the contact person, Wenchao Wu, insisted on WU and avoided Paypal saying that using PP incurs a handling fee. Obviously a fake reason. A fake picture of the so-called product bottle was also emailed to me.
I was promised delivery by DHL or FedEx in 5 days. Now it has been 20 days. No tracking number, No delivery status has been provided so far. Wecoochem has also stopped responding to my emails. And all their phone numbers found online are fake.
The "manager" of the company uses the names Wenchao Wu or Kevin Allen or Kenvin Allen or Kenven Allen, and the email addresses chao305866131@msn.cn or sales@wecoolab.com or chao305866131@hotmail.com . He/She is a cold-blooded scammer. Extreme caution is needed when dealing with this individual.
He/She also uses other company names like RCChem. He/She disappears after receiving your money. Beware!

Apart from conning people directly using his/her "corporate" web address, email, and phone number, Wenchao Wu a.k.a Kenvin Allen also scams people on a large number of chemical-related DIY-trade websites like ebay.
Just google his/her name or company title. You will find over 200 profiles on small trade-related websites. Many of these website don't allow customers to post comments. Some don't even allow customers to report fraud. Even if fraud is reported, their power only goes as far as deleting the scammer's profile.
Therefore, to prevent folks from falling prey to Wenchao Wu's fraud, his/her profiles on some these website are given below. Stay away from doing business with Wenchao Wu:
