If you are an O/O and you WANT to make money, be paid truthfully and on time, you do not want a million dead head miles, don't want to be told any area you call is "not our area," do not go with CRST. If you want to get all your loads yourself and have no help or support from your dispatcher, do not go to CRST!
If you want a dispatcher to get loads for you, do not go to CRST. SERIOUSLY! I've gotten ALL of my own loads, except for the first load after "orientation." Some orientation that was. They lied at so many levels it's scary.
If you ever want to go home, DO NOT go to CRST! I have been placed into a position that I CAN'T go home! I'm still hoping to get enough money to just catch my bills up and then find a REAL company. How crazy is that?
If you DO want to be stranded, phone calls never returned, be treated like scum, paid like a teenager with a summer part time job, not be able to make your bills, have no money to send home or deposit, get behind on your bills, burn up tons of dead head miles just to pick up a load, then you'll love CRST.
If you DO NOT want tarp pay, you LOVE paying tons of expenses you were told were covered, the sign on bonus doesn't matter because you're independently wealthy, then CRST is the perfect company for you.
What these people do is illegal. Frankly, they take advantage of people who are ALREADY in a bad way financially, sell them trucks that are not fit to be on the road, stick it to them to the point that the poor folks have no recourse but to drive freight for CRST for NOTHING!
Sharp drivers deserve better. Everyone on the road knows the CRST game. I'm just ashamed to say that I had to learn it the hard way! There ARE reputable companies out there. CRST-MALONE is NOT one of them! All you have to do is go to Trussville AL and look at that outfit! What a joke! MUD, TRAILERS, BACKWARD SYSTEMS. They look at you like you're an idiot if you are half way literate...while the sport their mullets and act like you have just signed on with the best company on earth. Crooks. Nothing reputable about this crowd. I can't believe they haven't been shut down. When one of those crap "lease purchase" trucks kills someone, sadly only then perhaps someone will listen! STAY AWAY FROM CRST-MALONE! I'm on my way OUT in less than a month! My rig is too nice and too BUSINESS ORIENTED for that bunch of idiots.

Good luck. SOunds like Werner is one of those scumbag employees that blacklists and lies about their former employees.
Go drive a city bus. You will have steady employ,ent and make good money..

Your DAC has (well, should have) your employment dates with carriers that report and utilize USIS's services. I'm pretty sure that Werner is a company using the DAC/USIS system, so I have little doubts that they've reported your employment and reason(s) for leaving.
Like a credit report, you are entitled by law to receive 1 DAC report per year (Which I HIGHLY suggest).
