I've tried to call and email both places without any response. They don't answer their phones, you just get voice mail telling you to email them.
I looked them up on Twitter and found many complaints about them doing the same thing other customers. Even though their web sites say flowers will be delivered fresh by local florists, Flower Delivery Express sends many, possibly all, of the orders received to Wesley Berry Flowers where small wilted bouquets wrapped in plastic and paper towels are stuffed in boxes and shipped to customers
everywhere.
This practice goes well beyond poor service. It actually amounts to conspiracy to defraud.
