 I got a fraud alert yesterday that this company has placed a collections against me for a bill to vidios i do not owe.

I know i dont owe this billl in many ways..first of all theyve been gone in my area over 10 years..This would make not only the statue of limitations on the bill way over due...but even if it was a collection it would have been deleated off my record by now..This is a total scam I have reported here to the BBB and to the FTC and the att: general...I will also be contacting the federal bankruptsie court to see what sort of warrents i can file against this company for fraud...All I can say is FIGHT this company...

When u try and call to talk to someone its an instant hangup...SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!

the guys who owns this companie also lists a address which  is up for sale on zillow...What i cant believe is this is a well known scam and the reporting agencies should know that the collections arnt true by the reports but they are STILL attaching collections to peoples credit reports

I did not pay I WILL NOT PAY!..i will be makeing a small claims warrent against them tommorrow once the courts open up here in my county...WEST BAY ACQ....LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!...lets see if the courts systems can get your business person up in front of a judge...hahahahaha..IF not I WIN and a warrent in debt against your company will come into play which i will file a collections against YOU THEN!...rotflmao
