West Bay Acquisitions,LLC i received a bill for $408 dollars and 70 cents, the creditor being Stream Energy, I Have NEVER had services from Stream Energy nor have i ever heard of such company! Cranston, Rhode Island

I received a report of charges on Friday June 22, 2012 from a West Bay Acquisitions,LLC for a bill from Stream SPE(Stream Energy) for $408.70, dated July 13, 2006. In The letter it states it is an unpaid balance but i have never had, used or heard of stream energy. I know this is not my bill because i have only used TXU. How can this be, how has my name been targeted a bill that is certainly not mine and could never have been??
