Unfortunately I went to work for West Coast Vinyl this year and have found that this was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
Not only do they encourage the sales reps and canvassers to lie to homeowners, but they also lie to their employees. They also don't pay the employees what they say they will when they hire you.
I've been told numerous times that a check was on the way only to find out that the check wasn't even cut until 2 weeks later and for far less than it should have been.
I've also spoken with a number of other employees and ex-employees and all have had similar problems, the only reason that many of these employees are still there is that they have criminal records and are unable to find work elsewhere.
