I paid over $10,000 for what the sales guy said would be the "rolls royce" of installs. The windows actually are quite good to date but the install was a total nightmare. The guy showed up by himself and while I was gone working for the day, he ripped windows out of the house leaving glass all over the floors that even 3 years later we are finding ( to the cat's dismay ). This guy when I showed up in the PM was still trying to install the windows but was swearing and stating that it was not going well. His kid was freezing in a car outside and he asked if we could let her sit inside the house alone...this was not good for sure. I think this must have been an off the street labor type. They just layered on gobs of caulk over the windows covering the drainage holes and leaving a mess I to this day can't describe (I have photos). Now, the disaster was done and after some tough discussions we did get about $9,000 out of the owner to cover the install damage and they did show up for some later calls under warranty for some warping issues, but I am still dealing with the caulk that three years later constantlly turns black with dirt and the install does not look at all like the windows my neighbors had intalled by Washington Energy (nice). All I wanted was a good, clean professional job. It kills me to this day to have to listen to their commercials on radio...please steer CLEAR!!! The radio station should not be taking their money. This was just a really really bad situation. I hope WA ENERGY uses these comments when they are selling....cause I did not get what I paid for here for sure!!!!

I used to work for WCV and their installs are terrible! I heard so many complaints from my customers. That is why I quit. Even I couldn't get ahold of their customer service dept. They simply don't answer the phone and won't call you back. They say they don't use subcontractors but they do!
I'm sorry for everyone who does business with them. BAD COMPANY

We had their windows installed in 1982 and they still look fine today. They installed their windows over the ones we already had on there so now it it like a double pane. We did have on problem, tho. About 5 years after we had the windows installed, we kept getting sales calls about installing windows. I had to almost threaten them to get them to stop calling. Just telling them that ww already ahd their windows was not enough. I do not know how things are now tho.
