They agreed to replace the faulty parts with new parts when failing, but again just hid the defects. The father runs the place with the son being passed off as one of the techs, but the boy knows nothing and is a mouth piece for the father when you have to return with problems.
Seems to be a pretty good 'cash' cow ripping people off! The body work they claim to do is the absolute worst, leaving vehicles dangerous with used, fake, or polished off stuff!!!!
These guys are bad news!!! Be careful.

I don't know where you get your facts from but, i was not working at westside car care since january of 2009????? Got pay check stubs to prove it?
