I just called my bank to check on my direct deposit from my employer only to find that my account was overdrawn by 540.00!! This was because the Westbury attempted 8 times to withdraw 260.00 from my account. I have only had my account for a week and a half and had no activity yet. I called my bank account and they gave me the name of the company attempting to withdraw funds from my account and yet there was no phone number attached to this debit!! I began to google the name of the company and stumbled across this page. I called the 800 number to contact someone within the company only for them to tell me I had an account with them in 2004 that I defaulted on payment. I asked for them to fax me a copy of the loan agreement that says they can withdraw from my account, I never recieved it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail. My bank has agreed to not honor any transactions from this company however I have yet to resolve the issue with them. Any suggestions??
