I had the worst dental experience in my life and am still dealing with the repercussions of going to Western Dental. The dentist was so horibly rude, did not tell me what he was doing and laughed when I said he was hurting me. He was dealing with me and another patient in a attached room. He came back to me after having his hands in that patients mouth, did not change his gloves and put gloves with blood of a different patien into my mouth. I was in horrible pain for a week that resulted in innfection. Clearly I did not want to go back to Wester Dental for the remainder of my work and was unablr to get anyone to return my phone call regarding adjusting my payments and total bill consider I did not finish receiving my dental work. I finally after months was able to get some of the bill adjusted, was told that they would return my bill with a final total. No discount of course for my horribly treatment from a dentist who received so many complaints that they will not release his name and he no longer works for the company. No final total was ever given to me, my filling I received less then a year ago had fallen out and I have horrible pain off and on. There corporate office is as horrible as there locations.
