Western Dental Services Western Dental ruins teeth, incuding bone around teeth not fixes them. Sacramento California

My hassle with Western Dental starts on 11/02/04. I cam in to get an oral exam because I had a root canal done by Access dental whitch needed fixed. I came to them for help because I had heard they were reliable, well little did I know.

They soon tell me that I am going to have to get two root canals done. I was willing to fork over the estimate of $2146.00 just to save my teeth. It's hard to say no when your young to get your teeth fixed.

After I had left I was glad everything was over with. I started recieving my bills and payed them on time every month. I still was sent letters saying I was not paying. I would contact them and ask them why I was recieving late payment charges. They would tell me not to worry sometimes data gets enterd in to the computer late. Still they would send them to me.

I started to become annoyed and kept calling them.On the phone I would be on hold up to 30 minutes and they were so rude.A year passes I soon had to scheadule an appointment to get my cleaning done. Then that's when I got horrible news. The doctor took x-rays and said that tooth #3 the posts were put in bent.He asked me who did my root canal I said ummm Western Dental at this office.

He told me that the root canal would have to be redone because the posts were put in bent.The crown that was put on top never fite on top correctley. He said that he might have to send me to an oral surgeon for a second openion.He then changes his mind and says it's fine we can save it.He says that Western Dental will pay for it.

I waited several weeks while my tooth was inflamed and highly infected. I've been given anti-biotics several times with this tooth.I'm finally seen and he does the root canal all over. Mind you this is the 3rd time this tooth has been redone.He putts the temporary crown on.

I come in to get the actual crown on. I get bad news once agian from these bad dentists.He goes to put the crown and he looks at x-rays one more time. Suddenly he looks at them closer and pauses. He looks at me and says this tooth needs to be extracted. I start crying. He says sorry...ummm yeah what am I suppose to feel. I demand a second openion. He tells me that if I want to Western Dental will pay for a Bridge. I tell hime "I don't want a bridge I want an implant". I have him refer me to an implantology.

It takes several times for me to harrass Western Dental to make me the appointment to the Peridontist. I have visited the implant specialist. I have so much damage from what they did to me. I now have to get bone grafing done,sinus augmentatioon, and the actual implant done. It's an estimate of $6,000.00 dollars. This is now what I am left with because I went to them for help.I'm telling others to save there teeth and not go to Western Dental.
