Western Dental western dental bills for services not rendered Modesto California

i was in deep pain for a tooth that needed to come out. my regular dentist was closed on saturday. i called and got a appointment at western dental for 11:00 am. i arrived on time.

at 4:40 pm i still had not been called upon, i made it very clear to the dental receptionist that i was in severe pain. finally at 5:30 pm they called my name , only to be led back to a big room with at least 15 dental chair and told to sit in a chair, where i sat for another 45 minutes while i watched the dental employees sit around and gab between themselves, doing absolutely nothing but talking amongst themselves.

I have never been so disguisted with service as i was that day.

it didn't matter to any of the employees how much pain i was in, i literally had tears coming down my face from pain yet all they could do was talk and play around with each other. I finally had enough and figured if i was going to be in this much pain i would rather be at home than sitting on display. i got up and promptly walked out, walked up to the receptionist and handed her a 20.00 dollar bill and told her that was my payment for services never rendered. i then walked out to my car, where one of the receptionist came running out and gave me back my money and said that there was no charge since i had not been seen by anyone. about 2 weeks later i get a 90.00 bill in the mail from western dental. i called them and explained that i never saw a dentist and that they needed to delete this billing, which they refused to do, since then i have gotton several more bills, each one $10.00 more than the last for a late interest fee for not paying. I have sent letters, called and talked to billing, yet no one seems to care that i never saw a dentist, now it is on my credit report.

I have to say this, NEVER GO TO WESTERN DENTAL no matter how bad off you are, they are the absolute worst place to go. The customer service/care is absolutely the lowest in the world, and they lie to your face. you could be dying and they simply do not care.
