I parked in a space outside of their unit that had a sign reading "guest parking only" - I was a guest. No wording about towing.
My car was towed overnight by Western Towing. Apparently, this community is monitored by Summit Security and they authorized the towing... with the Escala Homeowner's Assoc. approval I would assume.
It cost me $285 to get my stolen car back! We also talked to several other condo owners that have had the same problems. This is an unfair scam that raking in huge profits for the towing company and PROBABLY Summit Security as well.
This is a total injustice and should be investigated by the Attorney Generals office.
