Western Union / Publix Supermarket/RITE AD/K MART gave $651.99 to Publix/Western Union Representative on Father's Day at 11:58 est pm to send to employees in Mississippi. At 6:00 est pm the employees still had no money. Western Union & their Representative are imcompetent, unprofessional & dishonest SHAME ON YOU ALL! Cape Coral Florida

Western Union and their representatives are unprofessional, uncaring & unethical. They do not clearly disclose all their loop holes to people who are wiring money. My employee went to the location Publix gave to me. My employee got to the Rite Ad and was told there was no one there on Sundays to disburse the funds. Rite Ad sent him to KMart dow the street. KM would only give him $500.00 in cash and the remainder had to be put in a check which could not be cashed there. NO one told me at the Publix location that there were limits to the amount the person could receive???

Then Kmart stated they could not release the funds because the sender had stated that the receiver could only pickup at Rite Ad. I only knew of the Rite Ad location because I ask the Publix Representative where my employee could pick up the money. The Western Union Representative was a total maroon. I will never use Western Union. I don't know what my choices are but I will never use their service again.
