Son had ID's borrowed/copied in India by scammers. He realized they were scamming him and stopped all his credit cards, then needed money so he tried to send funds with Western Union but the scammers picked them up using copies of his ID's.

He then called me, his dad and asked for me to wire $300 to him in India, worried they may do the same thing, all 4 of the customers service folks I checked with at WESTERN UNION told me to add a security question and that there would be a line on the transfer to describe him as a male/caucasion/29 yrs old, but when we sent the actual funds, the sender says there are NO PROVISIONS FOR THOSE SAFEGUARDS IN INDIA. A 5th call back to Western Union confirms that: they do not use those safeguards in INDIA because THEY say the Indian GOVT does not allow them to????????

I say stop all transfers to countries that will not allow a safe transaction, but evidently they are TOO GREEDY.

Beware, anyone can pick up funds with an ID, fake or not, at least in INDIA- and the sad thing is that the US COMPANY will not stop selling for those countries because of GREED.
