Received calls at work and families telling us that a company is calling them looking for us that we are criminals and commiting fraud. We received this from over 3 people and all their stories are the same. Spoke with a man from the comapany and he claimed that we are writing bad checks???? we do not have checks and we do not know whats this is about. Man calls himself Marlin Brando said that the cops and the US Marshalls are coming to arrest my wife??? He started to cuss and yell at me and threaten me with death and jail time????
Looked up the number 855-347-3739. People complain about fraud with this number and tell the same story. Contacted the FTC and filed with them also. The address of this company belongs to Farmers insurance and the poor guy told me that this happens alot. So if you get a call from this Hang Up... They will not tell you there info or what debt or who you owe money too. They want you to use pay pal online.
