Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa CENTRAL FLORIDA INVESTMENTS F rating with the better business bureau due to dishonest sales and business practices ORLANDO, Florida

I purchased a timeshare from Westgate in 2005. The timeshare we purchased was represented to us as a 1 br with jacuzzi tub and full kitchen. When we used the timeshare in 2007 and 2008, we stayed in a 1 br with a jacuzzi tub and full kitchen. In 2009, when we used our timeshare, they put us in a 1 br studio without a tub or full kitchen. When we complained, they said that the 1br studio is what we purchased. Then they showed us the contract and it said 1S which Westgate Lakes contended that the term 1S meant 1br standard which was a studio unit. However, we were never even shown a studio unit and would not have purchased it if we had. We since have reported them to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General. Please if you have problems with this company, report them to both entities so that maybe somebody will do something about their dishonest and flagitious practices.
