Westgate Resort In Gatlinburg TN Took our money and we never heard from them since Gatlinburg Tennessee

Westgate Resort ripped us off. They gave us phoney phone #'s to contact, we have not heard from them since the purchase date. They lied to us about everything. Sales person we dealt with cannot be found. We are being ripped off every month as they take our money from our checking account. We have only a piece of paper to show for our money. We can't even get hold of them to try and stay there. I'm sure there will be reasons why we can't stay at the place we supposedly bought. Nothing they say is true.
My advice would be never go there and never buy anything from them. They never tell you the truth. Sounds good but is all false. We will never do any business with them again and would sell if we could find anyone foolish enough to buy. We have nothing good to say about Westgate.
