These people are a rip off. My fiance and I was on vacation with our two children. All we had to do is look at some hotel rooms listen to them talk, get our tickets to universal studios and leave. Need to say just to look at the hotel rooms bit cost us 200.00 dollars for 4 tickets and a 30 deposit for the room. We toured the rooms and told them to much time is being wasted and we are not interested and it time for us to go. They let us go after 5 hours as I had told them to give us the papers we signed and they stated nothubg would go in until we pay the whole 275 for rooms anywhere.

I did not trust that our contract would not go in as they did not give it to us so I called my bank and put a stop payment on the 30.00 that I had given them. Our vacation was over and I called thWestgate Resort a few days later and told them to cancel our contract as I do not know when I would return to Florida. They stated this would be done so to make sure I canceled my check.

A year later they send my fiance a letter stating he owes them 600.00 for his contract. I wrote them a letter on his(fiance) behalf and now they are sending me letters with harrassing phone calls. So our next step will be States Attorney General or let the bankrupcty Lawyer handle it.

You are better off buying your own tickets and avoiding the tour of resorts. Especially Westgate these people will give you a headache. However; I am in the process of getting a conusmer lawyer and contacting our Attorney General.
