in Sept. 2012 I attend the Time Share seminar, which was orgnized by the Westgate Resort Florida.First they said only 90Min. but later they drag it about 4-5 Hours. After long story heard from few representatives, I signed the Contract and gave them deposit of $ 150.00. Next morning I checked on internet Wesgate Resorts have many scam reports and i decide to cancel it, But they refused to me and that was only may be 10-12 hours later I can say here. I spoke to Ted and Tisha over the Phone, then E-Mail and a certified mail to cancel the contract, and ask to refund my deposit. But as of today the company Manger keep denying to refund the deposit, even though Florida Statue Law said Purchaser have right to cancel the Contract with in 10 days after it signed, i report to BBB Florida, and Dist. Attorney Office too, but no have positive result Yet. At last I am willing to participate class action law suit, you can contact me, and willing testify against the company,also my recommendation to General public please don't do any kind Business with Westgate Resorts, until you are absolutely sure what are you doing.Thank you.
