Let's take a step back and look at this again. There are no Deadbeats in this complaint. In fact, your comment and suggestion is repulsive. Deadbeats would suggest that someone isn't paying or meeting their obligations. Take a very close look at the beginning of the Original Report.

 "If you are current on your Loan with Westlake Financial Services and have experienced problems with either Predatory, Harassing and/or Stalking Practices and Behavior."

Clearly the respondent to the original report is a worm who is part of the Westlake Establishment attempting to make someone look bad when in reality, is seeking those who are current in their obligations and is themselves current.

There is a manner in which most companies to to project themselves. Most choose to do business in Good Faith and Honorably. Some choose to adopt the practices that are abusive. Westlake Financial Services is one of those companies.

For there to be the suggestion that people are not entitled to a car loan is true. However, when companies like Westlake Financial Service behaves abusively towards those who are being responsible is wrong. Just because they are a sub - prime lender doesn't give them the right to practice Predatory Behavior and disrupt the lives of individuals who are and continue to fulfill their obligations.

Go and stick your head back into the sand and report back to your employers that low life particles called Predators need not be in business.

Lets see, these DEADBEATS are being financed by this SUBPRIME lender because they failed to pay their bills in the past and none of the banks don't want to do business with them.  They now are whining and wailing because the lender is having their BILL COLLECTORS call them because just like clockwork, they aren't making their car payments on time either!  Now the poor babies want to picket the dealer because the bill collectors are doing their job! Bring out the violins!  The subprime thinking, welfare type deadbeats will need some music to cry to!  I can just see it now.  The Environmental Protection Agency will be on hand to spray the area to keep the smell down.  Then after the picketing is over, the street will be permanently closed due to the smell of the welfare type deadbeats.  Oh yes, the deadbeats are ENTITLED to a car even if they won't pay their bills on time.  Let the wailing begin.
