Westminster Mint is the worst customer service and turnaround time of any company I have ever dealt with. Most recent outrage was a $4,000 order was placed on December 20th and money was wire transfered by me on December 20th. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. They have used my money for 25 days and counting. Rude and no help customer service. Always excuses never a solution. I am very leary of placing any future orders as I could see this company just folding and ripping off thousands of people. We are a coin shop doing over $800,000 a year in sales and this is one company that we will never again use. We placed approximately 10 orders with them in the past year and always slow, but never this slow. The main excuse is they were off for 10 days during Christmas. Well that's fine but we are now at 25 days.

I have placed several orders with Westminster...they were VERY slow to ship...and the most recent order I was displeased with the quality of the products and wanted to return them within the 30 day return period. All of a sudden they won't return my emails or calls. I finally spoke with Ian Clay, the owner, (who has an accent at least, probably indicating he is from overseas as other posters claim) and he was terribly rude and refused to process the return. I still wanted to order other products from them, but now they want to charge me $50 shipping for the same products I had shipped for $10! I've already found another supplier that has the same products I want, goodbye Westminster & Ian Clay!

We can only apologize for the late shipment of this order. The order was finally shipped on January 11th four days prior to this posting. The fulfillment company who ships our orders has confirmed that they exceeded their obligation to ship 98% of our orders on time during 2012.
