Westwood College Owes me money, Internet
*Consumer Comment: Westwood Shell Game
So I called and did all my admission process over the phone. I didn't know that my pell grant would not be enough until most of the admission process was over. Then they suggested that I take out a Sallie Mae Loan. All the college was paid in full before I even started the program.
Well I had take about 4 or more classes when I didn't pass my English class and I was contacted by the school that they had withdrawn me from the school. If I wanted to continue I would have to take the Class over and pay for it myself. At that time I was unable to pay for me too take the class again. That was the last time that I was contacted from the college.
Recently I was contacted by TG a debt collection agency for my Student Loan. This company said I still owe the loan taken out from Sallie Mae. They put a hold on my Federal Income Taxes. They had taken all my money from this years taxes. They are going to take tax money until all is paid in full.
I called Westwood to get my records. I had to talk to several people to get my records. When I received them something did not add up of the total costs and what money was used. My pell grant should of paid for the classes that had been taken. The money of the loan was never used. I don't fell that I still owe them for services that I never received.
