i ordered and paid for five nitto terra grappler 325/50/22 tires and five compatible rockstar rims. I also ordered and paid for four general grabber hts 265/70/17 tires.

the agreed price was as follows: nittos on rockstars - $4,400.00; general grabber hts - 794.00.

i also agreed and paid an extra $40.00 for chrome valves, lug nuts and locking lug nuts, which brought the agreed price paid to $4,440.00 plus 794.00.

i received four general ameritrac 255/70/17 tires shown on their site as worth $482.60.

i then got a call about customs fees and taxes (i'm in canada) from fedex per the nittos on rockstars and found that the shipment was hankook rh06 265/40/22 tires on rockstars, not what i ordered and paid for!

my return request was denied! i was charged double for the nuts and did not receive them. i paid duty, customs, taxes, etc. on amount not proper.

the general ameritracs are now mine without my ordering them. i did get the nittos on rockstars, eventually, but i was charged extra without all i should have received and without my authority.

i want everybody to know that it is in their best interest to stay clear of wheel and tire max!

also, try to call them and, if you're lucky, you may get through in a couple of weeks of trying at two or more hours a day of phoning.

i could go on, but that should do for now.
