We had this team come out to do a show for us and we were very disappointed with what we received. The riders were short with the staff and were in a hurry to get in and going with the show and also the same afterwards. They didn't want to spend any time at all talking to the group of kids that had stayed afterwards to thank them for their show. Instead they both said a quick thank you and went on getting things put away to get out of the school as soon as possible. The show itself was OK but not as great as Wes had told us it would be. The message was very plain and you could tell that the rider who was on the microphone was just repeating a scripted speech that he had been given. All together we were not satisfied with the show and since the show was completed per the contract we had no recourse.

As the owner of Wheels of Freestyle, and having been in business for over 17 years with 5,000+ school assemblies delivered to schools from Hawaii to New York, I was shocked and dismayed to read this report - the first of its kind I've ever seen. I believe the report is false, and was put up by a competitor or otherwise unsavory character for the following reasons:
1. We have not been to Stockton in at least 4 Months, but more likely 8 Months ago - this report was filed yesterday! Why would anyone wait 4 Months after the show to file a report like this?
2. The writer indicated there were only 2 athletes (he said "both" in the complaint). Our shows have 3 athletes - indicating either this team was a competitors team that he confused with us, or this is a person attempting to smear our company.
3. This person did not list the name of the school so we can clear this up - why not list which school it was, giving us the opportunity to find out what went wrong.
4. We haven't had a single complaint in many years - our clients consistently book our show year after year. If this show was a problem, why didn't we receive a phone call indicating this problem? We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - why didn't this person ask for a refund?
5. This person claims to have no recourse - but there is nothing in our contract that indicates they have no recourse. This is simply not true - nor was any contact made or attempt made to have a recourse as suggested.
6. Our athletes are very friendly, easy-going guys who consistently interact with the kids - in over a decade we simply have never been accused of being as this person suggests.
I have to conclude that this report was filed by a competitor in an attempt to smear our good name, or someone with an axe to grind against our company, and not from one of our valued clients. If you are a school looking to schedule a Wheels of Freestyle school assembly I encourage you to call ANY school we have performed at to find out for yourself and also remember - we offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! You can schedule our school assembly with zero risk, and I personally guarantee you will love the show!
