In my opinion, Whetzel's Automotive can be summarized as incompetent crooks. So far, these guys kept the ECU from my Stealth TT and never refunded my money (about $250), improperly installed the fuel filter on my Toyota Tundra (small fuel leak at filter), and incorrectly set the timing belt idler pulley when servicing my timing belt on my Stealth. Less than 3,000 miles later the belt jumps teeth and destroys my engine. $4,200 repair! I have three mechanics pointing the finger at Whetzel's but they claim it was not their fault and they refuse to help. Avoid this shop!

The owner of Whetzel's called today and we have agreed on a fair resolution. I wish I had talked with him sooner but things are looking up. I feel like the shop is being fair.
