On Oct,14,2007 went to Conn's in lafayette,la on willow rd. purchase a gas range. the next couple days or next day. i smell gas call the Centerpoint Energy they came out they cap my range because of the gas leak. call Conn'sin lafayette, la 337/233-6393. they sent out their service man he claim my propane valve was loose, smell gas again 2wk later same smell claim something in the oven was loose. same smell i call them they claim they need to try to fix it cant exchange, call bbb they tells me to call whirlpool co thats they product they call their service man claim something else was in the back the control valve was loose fix it. next month same smell in oven call the safety man for whirlpool he said they was not exchange,they have to fix it. thats all the thing they can do. just to say i have lost hrs from my job come home to wait for those people my husband also lost hrs because we took turns. we had to buy food to resturants to eat, i have 3 young kids at home. we have to died from this range and might im scared of this range they keep playing with. my family life is in jeopardy with this. what do they want us to be in the news that house burn ,down the range blew up our house while we sleeping, dear john letter to family, money dont bring back life its not worth it, i contact the supervise she dont care. we brought this range over a again by buying food & and missing hrs of work we dont have a range work ing waiting for parts to come in second day still waiting.still eat out
