Please beware of this contractor who is working out of Oklahoma currently. His name is Mark Stacy Whitney DOB 7/04/1960. I have found his company under Whitney Inc. and also Whitney and Assoc. Better Business Bureau has him under review right now. Please check him out at Oklahoma Supreme Court Network http://www.oscn.net/. When you go to the site click on court dockets at the top of page, then click on search dockets at the left. On the top drop down click on Canadian County put in his name and find felony charges pending for Home Repair Fraud. Go back to previous page and click on Non OCIS Counties and click type in Carter in the Select a court box and Whitney in name. You will find felony charges pending for Home Repair Fraud and Explotation of Elderly or Disabled Adults.

Please also go to OKC's Channel Four website and click on the In Your Corner Site. Look up Mark Whitney and they report having done stories on him for almost 10 years. He has moved his "office" from Norman to 3030 NW Expressway, Suite 200 OKC 73112. He started an addition for my mother on July 1 to be finished in 100 days. He is not even 1/3 done and now the bad weather is coming. His has unfortunately been paid for almost all of it.
