To our big surprise, we received a bill from globalpayments (GP). GP was never mentioned when we signed a contract. We wouldn't have signed a contract if we knew GP was involved because we got duped by GP a few years back.
We also haven't received a machine.
With a lawyer's advice, we sent a fax twice to cancel the contract. When we phoned WSM to get a fax number, it was answered by GP. So it's safe to assume that they are the same company.
They haven't responded to our fax and registered mail and keep taking money - we signed an automatic payment.
Please be aware about WSM and GP.
We reported this to police and Better business Bureau.
