Since they are not authorized to sell our product their customers will have no warranty on the product. This obviously is of great concern to us since we have worked VERY HARD to build a reputation of great customer service. We have tried several times to contact them (they also sell on Ebay under Why Pay More Books) and they refuse to recognize us or return any emails (of course they don't list a customer service phone number).
I'd encourage anyone that is considering dealing with this company to carefully consider that decision. They seems to be interested only in making money however they can, and obviously don't care AT ALL about customer service.
