Wicked Lasers Total Failure To Send Product for Deploying Soldiers Online Internet

I ordered a laser from wicked lasers some time ago. The purchase was for a deploying unit to Afghanistan and needed the laser quickly. After purchasing the laser I tried to stay in contact with the Wicked laser company because I had not received the laser two weeks after the purchase. I kept contacting them via phone and was told that the laser was shipped regular mail USPS with a delivery confirmation. Well I never received the laser and when asked for the company to reship to my company address via FEDEX or UPS I was told that was not an option and that they had already shipped the laser and someone had indeed receive the laser at Fort Bragg. When I told the lady on the phone that sending USPS the shipment goes to a Mail Room on Fort Bragg and packages don't always get delievered to the Units. The woman then stated that wicked laser has already sent the laser to the address I provided via USPS. When I continued to call and email I did not get a response. I was flat out ignored. I disputed the charge since I use a government card and never got the money recouped. NEVER order from this company they say they ship the product but never send proof. If they did deliver confirmation why didn't I get a copy of the confirmation number, so I could investigate with Fort Bragg Mail Room?

This company is a total ripoff and the deploying unit never got what it needed for their mission.
