 On or about 8/18/13 I purchased several items online from Wild Daisy. I placed a second order on 8/19/13 for two cell phone cases. I received the first order and two days after receipt the phone case started to discolor and the crystal decoration fell off. I emailed the company and was told to "attach it back on" myself. I recieved the second order and there was only one case and a note that read "out of stock, you have $12 in store credit sorry again."

I then emailed the owner once again asking for my money back on the item I did not receive since I have no plans of purchasing from this company again. That is when the problem began. I then received an email back stating "chill out oh my gosh. You can only use store credit, our apologies."

I then responded ""Chill out oh my gosh"? That is extremely unprofessional. [continued below]....

..... I will be calling VISA and having the transaction reversed. Along with the transaction of my broken case." She then responded "Alright. Have a great day. Keep in mind we are 14 and 15 year old girls trying to run a business. Joyce gets over 400 that she still needs to take care of and make. Please understand that school has started and things are difficult. Thanks."

In response I wrote "Maybe you shouldn't be running a business during school if it's that big of a problem. All I asked for was my money back. In order for me to use the store credit I would have to spend more money because the cases aren't $12 and I would have to pay another shipping fee. I will just get the transaction reversed. You have lost several customers that I had recommended to you. Next time try to be a little more professional. Thanks."

Her response was "We gave you store credit. Therefore you still have received the money but in a different form, so good luck reversing the transaction because we have already taken the money. Please do not purchase from our shop in the future. Bye u twat". I then posted on Instagram warning my friends to not purchase from this company.

The profanity increased as she continued to harass me in emails and harassing me and others over Instagram. Irregardless of their age, I am appalled that a company that is allegedly incorporated would opporate at these standards.
