Wild Party Girls WPG Products International ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Los Angeles California

After seeing a commercial advertising 3 free videos of Wild Party Girls I decided to check it out, so I ordered it. I believe all I had to do was pay for the shipping of them.

I received the videos and was not impressed at all! A few weeks later I received another video, thinking ok, maybe this one is more impressing than the first 3 free. I had watched it, and thought this one also is terrible footage and looked like child pornography with these girls.

I received my monthly bank statement with charges of these videos reminding me to cancell. I must of paid for 3 videos after receiving my first three before calling and cancelling my account and all future shipments.This was done and I felt relieved of this cancellation as well a little foolish for ordering it in the first place.

Not even a week after cancelling my acount with them I received 2 huge big box's of videos again from Wild Party Girls stating" these video are better than the others but that If I was unsatisfied just return them and they would refund any charges. "CHARGES" WHAT CHARGES I THOUGHT" I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CHARGE ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO SENDER. NO THANKS!

I GET MY BANK STATEMENT AND I SEE JUST HOW MUCH CHARGES. ON 7/24/2006 I WAS CHARGED $54.10 FOR ONE BOX. ON 7/25/2006 I WAS CHARGED $91.99 A TOTAL OF $146.09. IT'S NOT OVER YET...MY ACOUNT BECOMES OVERDRAWN DUE TO THESE CHARGES, SO NOW I HAVE BANK FEES FOR BEING OVERDRAWN IN MY ACCOUNT $ 66.00 FOR BOTH AND GET THIS..$33.00 A DAY FOR EACH DAY MY ACOUNT HAD NO FUNDS! i AM SO ANGRY BY THIS AND I CALL WPG PRODUCTS WITH THE NUMBER ON MY BANK STATEMENT FROM THE FIRST CHARGES THAT I EXCEPTED AND PAID, MIND YOU THERE PHONE NUMBER WAS NO LONGER ON THE BANK STATEMENT WITH THE CHARGES I DID NOT CONSENT OR AUTHORIZE!

SO I CALL THEM, AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VIDEOS YET. I CALL BACK EVERY WEEK AND I AM TOLD THE SAME BS AND THE RUN AROUND. AND EXPLAIN TO THEM MY SITUATION THEY TELL ME IT TAKES 30 TO 90 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY CREDIT, AND YET THEY STILL HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS RETURN! OH MY GOD, I SAID YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2006 THIS WAS BACK IN JULY! SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE! I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND THERE IS NO WAY I AM GOING TO SETTLE THIS DISPUTE UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK AND I SEE THIS GIRLS GONE WILD GO OUT OF BUSINESS WITH A FINE IN THE AMOUNT OF $$$ "KISS MY WILD A**" YOU WILL SEE A WILD PARTY WHEN YOU LOOSE A HUGE LAW SUIT!
