As our second choice after ordering HughesNet, WildBlue communications sounded like a good internet service. We ordered their service over the phone last year and paid in full. When the person came to install the modem and everything, He demanded payment for his services in an amount of $500. We already paid it but he would not leave our home until we paid him for the installation. You aren't supposed to pay the installer for this. After we paid him, he left and after the next 15 days, our service was suspended because they said that we hadn't paid anything. We told them to kiss our asses and to take the equipment back and that we were not going to pay them again for their thieving employees' screw ups! We sent the modem back to them and then they said that we never sent it to them. We have received bills from WildBlue since then constantly increasing in charges and ignore them. Please do not order WildBlue internet.

     You know you are lying! No one is going to fork out 500.00$ ....AFTER THEY ALREADY PAID IT!  " He refused to leave until we paid him"  Awww! poor little defenseless you! .....Then you tell wild blue to" kiss our a*s" Why didn't you tell the installer to kiss it??...( Passive aggressive liar?)
    You ether work for hughes net  or ether you are just really a losser ! with nothing else to do!
    But ether way you are just a LIAR!
