Wildflowers & Bugs I ordered and paid for a wooden sign at Ann Arbor, Mi art fair on July 18 and have not received the sign Syracuse, New York

I purchased a yard sign for $236.91 from Wildflowers & Bugs booth at the Ann Arbor, MI, art fair on July 18, 2009. The order form stated 8-12 weeks for custom orders. I called in September and was told it had not been 12 weeks.  I emailed in October and was told he needed more information, that information was faxed and via email I was told it would come shortly.  He will not answer phone.  Recent email from him said it would come in a week. I doubt I will ever see the sign or the money.  His phone #, fax # and email still works but he is not delivering the sign.  If you google the business name, you get several hits from similar victims.  I am filing a complaint with the New York Consumer Protection Department and encourage other victims to do the same.
