use 1758/1763 Pitman Avenue as their address when they're actual location is 100 Manhattanville Road Suite # 14, Purchase, NY 10577. The owner, Mark Stagg of the Stagg Group of Companies which includes BE Bronx Builders, LLC, Ryty Construction and Development, LLC, Five Stars Management, LLC and much more; stated that I am not allowed in their
property when I showed up at their principal location, their only location.
This group of companies, run by Mark Stagg and several deceivers is a great example that even when Mr. Stagg built affordable housing, he is still a crook and never honest.
For this reason is why I have started a suit against them in Bronx Civil Court and will be reporting them to DHCR.
