William Boneberg/Danielle Boneberg William Boneberg of Advanced Auto Parts Fraudulence Webster, New York

    William Boneberg of Advanced Auto Parts + Danielle Boneberg of Greece Olympia High, residing at Maris Run Webster, NY 14580, have elected to participate in fraudulent activity relating to their real estate rental property's security deposit agreements.

    Upon ending a one year lease agreement and providing new tenants to sign a new one year lease, William and Danielle elected partake in real estate fraud. Arrangements were made to receive the security deposit prior to allowing the new tenants to enter, which were not met due to William's absense. Following his absense, William was contacted (11/1/12), informed of the new address and acknowledged that he would make the payment out to the new address. Following up a month after the date that William said he would make the payment, due to it not yet being received, William claimed that his secretary must've made a mistake and he would make sure that it is mailed out (11/28/12).

    After waiting another three weeks for the payment to arrive, William was again contacted informing him that the payment was not yet received. He exclaimed that he would make sure it was mailed out the following day (12/18/12). It's important to note that several attempts were made to contact him during this time regarding the issue and messages were never returned.

    Following another three weeks of waiting on the check's arrival, William and Danielle were contacted at their places of employment as a result of not responding to the subject matter following several phone calls (1/4/12). Danielle exclaimed that she would assure her husband is aware of situation and William again stated that he would make sure the check is mailed out.

    After waiting two weeks, the payment had again not arrived as it should have based on William's statements (1/18/12). Again, several attempts were made to contact William regarding the payment, although he would not answer and the messages left were never returned.

    With several attempts made to contact William Boneberg + Danielle Boneberg to resolve their financial debts owed during this three month period, no cooperation was offered and a civil lawsuit was needed to be filed.

    It is important to note that the property conditions were left in much better condition than when initially entered and this message is intended to inform others of William Boneberg + Danielle Boneberg's acts of fraudulence and approach accordingly when conducting business.
