Osborne has a hand in collusion with other Attorneys in the area to promote unethical behavior in our court rooms. William G. Osborne in my opinion is a con artist who gets involved with other attorneys in an effort to harass the less fortunate. Other attorneys disciplining their fellow attorneys.....Not bloody likely......
