I was a client of William Osborne's and I have a continuing association with him for client activities now for many years. Mr. Osborne represented me and my family in a long and complicated med-mal case. It involved several years and included an appeal process which he won. During this time, I had the opportunity to work closely with Mr Osborne and his staff. I attended many depositions and almost every hearing and of course, trial. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism, dignity and integrity I personally observed Mr Osborne conduct himself with. I am not one to like lawyers in general, but I believe Mr Osborne to be the exception to that. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed the services he offers. While I did not win my case, I do not fault Mr Osborne and I believe he did everything possible inside of what is good and right to win it. I completely stand by my statement because it is based on objective observation of the man and how he conducted himself and not whether I won or lost. Mr. Osborne holds no blame for the outcome and there are no guarantees of outcomes in any case. But this I believe, NO ONE will pursue a case with the diligence, integrity and respect that Mr. Osborne does.

It is not my intent to speak to the integrity of the rest of the judicial system or how other attorneys conduct themselves. I have had experience with many. My intent is to speak to my personal observations of Mr. Osborne, the subject of this review. These observations are over several years and hundreds of hours(yes, hundreds) of contact time. There has never been the slightest crack in who I have observed Mr Osborne to be that would ever raise any doubt about my review above.

I have been a client of Bill Osborne. I have been impressed with his service to me and his professionalism. Mr. Osborne is able to get to the point and simplify the complexity of the situation. He sticks to the facts and clearly represents the truth. I have worked with him over many years now and find him to be very honest and forth right. Perhaps it wasn't collusion, but the truth that lost your case! Bill has never allowed me to stray from the truth and has never requested I do anything that isn't honest and truthful. He has never made up false stories to muddle the case up, only the truth. I was very lucky and fortunate to find such a good lawyer. Any future problems I will use him and recommend him to my friends and family. His fee's were very reasonable compared to other firms. He doesn't waste time running your legal bill up,which I have seen other attorney's do.
