As advertised on the site, williamhillcasino.com, a $30 free chip with a 20X playthrough requirement is a promotion. I played the free chip and won $300. Upon reading the rules regarding withdrawls, I found I had to deposit $60CAD, in order to make a withdrawl. So I make a deposit thinking I will withdraw all amounts afterward. Here's where the fun begins...
When I made my deposit, a window pops up... congratulations, you have a $15 bonus (25%) on your deposit. You can't cancel it, you have to accept it. It comes with a 15X playthrough of both bonus and deposit amount. I emailed to support to ask about withdrawl eligibility for the first bonus. They informed me I still had 2500.00 left to clear.
I asked them for a breakdown of the playthrough for the bonus and they informed me the free chip carries a bonus of 50X and the deposit bonus 25X, and supplied a magic link in the email to back themselves up. $3400 to clear a bonus of $45 and my $60 deposit. Still today the web states the bonus chip is only 20X playthrough, and by no regular means am I able to access the magic link through normal navigation.
I lost my $60, I don't care about that, I'm not playing with rent money. I do care about online games that advertise a certain playthough requirment, and then change the requirement after you are lucky enough to win. Not only change it but increase it by 150%. Then hit you with an unknown, mystery bonus that forces you to play your deposit and bonus 25X not 15X as I read in the terms and agreements before clicking ok (there is no other option).
Williamhill Casino Club is a scam. Do not fall for any of the promotions advertised by them. If you do play the free chip and win, make sure to email support and opt out of all future bonus, so when you make the required deposit to withdraw your winnings, they can't stick you with another insane playthrough deal. SCAMMERS!
