An organization that I was affiliated with made Bill two seperate loans. Both loans have been an absolute disaster! Not only did he default on both loans but when things got hot he changed his phone numbers and went off the grid.
If you are considering making this man a loan, lender beware. I plead that you do your homework! It will not be hard to discredit him as a good faith borrower.
