William Vinsko Attorney Bill Vinsko Took my retainer money for a complex custody case and did not work my case Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania

I hired Bill Vinsko in Wilkes Barre to assist me in a complex custody case in Lurzzerne county PA. 

At the onset of being hired he was unreachable for about 3 months.  This prompted my 1st request to return my money and get off the case.  Mr. Vinsko assured me he had "horrible" communication issues but yet he was still activity working my case. 

It was not until 8 months after he was retained did he then file a Motion with the courts.  The courts in turn blamed me for the delay in the case.  In turn I was ordered 3 times by Judge Jen Rodgers to meet w 3 psychologist to see why I initiate this custody matter and then do not follow thru.  Mind you that the 1st counseling center was not interested in taking this on....the 1st & 2nd counselors recomendation was in my favor and for me to meet face to face with my son and begin the unification process. 

The custody case shifted on me due to the lack of representation of my case due to Mr. Vinsko.  The case became more about me then about seeing my son.  Later we found out he was running for Senate and had no time for this complex case but still took the money. 

We are looking to sue for malpractice due to Mr.Vinsko's lack of representation.  It has been 7 years and still (even with the 3 psychologist ALL appointed by Judge Jen Rogers and their recomendations) I am no closer to seeing my son.  At this point I have run out of money exactly what Luzerne court system does.... beat you down til you finally have no more resources or finances to carry on.
