Have you every wondered why corporate America is run by Corporate PIGS!! The reason I ask is because that is what is going on with this company; it was our company. Replacing hard working, dedicated, caring individuals with ROBOTS is no way to make positive strides. Forcing employees to work on the weekends to pad the wallets of PIGS, while slashing commissions of those who put food on your table is no way to run a business. We are people, we used to like our job, now we are forced to look at her fat *** all day.

To everyone out there who needs a mortgage - call me - I will get you the mortgage at discounted prices. I would rather see you mover forward in life than put another cent into CORPORATE PIGS hands.

SHOP AROUND, YOU WILL SEE THAT PUTTING 2, 3, AND SOMETIMES 4 POINTS ON A LOAN IS JUST A SCAM - BUYING DOWN YOUR RATE - YEAH OKAY - THERE IS ALREADY A CUSHION BUILT INTO EACH LOAN TO MAKE THEM MONEY.

Walk away - points pay them, they don't pay your loan officer who works for you. Why should I get punished for giving you a great deal; if I don't meet their requirements, I get screwed, they get paid fully, and they may even try to switch the details of your loan. THINK ABOUT IT!
